Gregg Skloff The Glacial Enclosure Reviewed by BravoMarco Another splendid release from the Eiderdown label. Contrabass spectacular with added effects. A slow paced evocative experimental drone delight. Mastered by friend of KZSU, Andrew Weathers. Like: Mohammed, Christina Vantzou & a touch of Phelios, Mytrip, Voicehandler - All four tracks are wonderful. No FCC’s (Instrumentals) 1) Within The Glacial Enclosure (7.56) Haunting, with a touch of post-punk grandeur towards the end. 2) Beneath The Glacial Enclosure (8.31) A lavish menacing grind. 3) Over The Glacial Enclosure (6.37) Slightly louder & with almost a more joyful outlook. Quieter tones to fade. 4) After The Glacial Enclosure (9.14). Wave upon wave of restrained pleasure. | ||
