POST-ROCK: low-fi acoustic guitar / piano rambling mixed with traditional post-rock wall of electric guitar.
> 1 (9:21) [INSTRUMENTAL] - Fairly quiet throughout, mainly repetitive guitar over piano and faint background ambience (sounds like the inside of an airport or stadium). Changes tone in last minute, doubles in loudness, introduction of electric guitar, brass, distant but indistinct shouts. Layering of sounds becomes denser throughout.
2 (11:35) - Echo-y whispered word (think horror film) over guitar backing and tape-hiss. Faint swelling of background ambience throughout. Electronic drone swells around 5:00, finishes with guitar strumming and background distortion.
3 (16:43) - Electrical drone gives way to wall of electric guitar. Much louder than other tracks. Distant vocals and layered electric guitar melody. Fades into oscillating electric guitars and drone-y buzz around 8:00.
> 4 (17:31) - Probably the most accessible track on the album, with slightly distorted guitar and washed out vocals. Sounds almost like lo-fi mainstream rock. No FCCs detected, but vocals are hard to make out due to substantial reverb.
> 5 (10:07) [INSTRUMENTAL] - Very chill. Continuation of the style from #1. Electronic organ and drums slowly build up with background pad and phased percussion. Electric guitars make cameo appearances through the middle of the track.
