Killer free rock. Sam Hamilton is an Auckland experimental musician who worked with Chris O'Connor to create this soundtrack for Tim Van Dammen’s film Anguish. Lots of guitar and electronics overdubbed richly and with a lot of attention to detail. O'Connor rattles the drums, and lends a trippy, free tone to it all. Generally a warm psych feel and plenty of electro-acoustic mixing desk sampling. All tracks complex, intricate, layered, dense, dynamic, and cerebral.

1. Loose, slow, free drumming, squarbly guitar, lots of electronics and tones overdubbed over a humming drone. (16:50)
*2. Tricky mathy time, overlain guitars and double tracked reverb on the drums, swirly trippy effects. (5:50)
*3. Cool, eerie dark hypnotic layers, looping, trippy panning effects, really great use of electronics manipulated subtly. (6:30)
4. Ecstatic psychy guitar surge, shorter, warm, dynamic, looping feel underneath, ringing tones, good one. (3:41)
