Second on the bill at the SF Freakout 2010, these guys stole the show IMHO, with only 20 people in the audience (early birds getting the worm for sure!). Glammed out psyche the way its meant to be, one part Hawkwind, one part NY Dolls, one part Black Flag in sheer intensity. This 45 rpm 7” does them justice but nothing could possibly match what they doled out live, hair ablaze, riffs ripping, poses posturing. Crazed shit A) balls out rockin’. Starts with a synth tone but kicks in and kicks out the whole time B) slower swing intro of sorts, epic, then builds into the 2/4 blazing beat (that was a wall of sound live, doesn’t translate as well on this record), falls back to the epic swingy thing again | ||
