Drum breakbeat instrumentals by Bitney, Herndon, and McEntire from the postrock band Tortoise. For a group of experimental musicians, this collection of beats is awfully straightforward and simple. A lot of these tracks sound the same because the entire record consists of raw drum loops. I dunno if you would want to play one of these tracks by itself, but they would be great for mixes or bed music.
