FIRECRACKER JAZZ BAND: Red Hot Band
Euphonian, 2009

TRAD JAZZ / DIXIELAND – Skipping over the tunes you’ve heard a million times, this cookin’ sextet plays lesser-known but equally fun tunes from the 1920s and ‘30s, with a few originals mixed in. The band consists of mostly younger musicians, but they know this stuff inside & out. A highly enjoyable time warp… Bertie Wooster would love it.
