French Miami

Inside out like guitar riffage, lush textured synth accompaniments, occasional swells, and melodic gang vocals made by SF self-counciously mustachioed favourites. Wonderfully executed gang-vocals, excellent production, and unconventional inside out-guitar pop riffage with synth accompaniment. The Walkmen's synthesizers crossed with Don Cab's riffs and post-hardcore influenced vocals. I was about to give up on rock albums with pop leanings until I heard this band play live. If you don't play this, you have failed as a KZSU DJ.

-FCC Clean- Brick- The Hits: 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 11

1) slow, melodic, dramatic gang vocals with building bass accompaniment, same vocal melody as track 2 and can be played together

2*) holy shit! shifty, technical, plucky, upbeat guitar riff with infectious gang vocals you'll be singing to yourself for you, big guitar swells during breakdown. titled the god damn best for a reason

3*) goofy, plucky guitar that devolves, driving tom part, and walkmen like synth accompaniment, joy division inspired vocals, and gang vocals. excellent

4*) happy casio like synth driven bounce

5*) Building guitar riff, you can hop around to, that eases to vocal breakdown, and builds to the finish, with strained vocals

6*) Sounds like a missing track from David Bowie's Low. Instrumental Starts sparse, bubbly synthesizer drone, adds multiple cinematic synth layers. Ends with synth handclaps and cymbals.

7*) 'We get along repeated' with bouncy cars like riff, that switches to a proggier riff, and then goes to end with acapella breakdown of 'we get along'

8) Simpler, repetitive riff, more conventional pop structure that sounds like Weezer back when they were worth a damn.

9) low key synth led ditty with more pained vocals

10) pounding drums, harder edged riff in the beginning that mellows out a bit

11) tweaky electronic sounds, shifty texture, doofy outro.
