Classic Dixieland that harkens back to the roaring 20s. Great material, played with energy, style, and obvious love for the songs. Solid playing throughout, wonderful retro vocals & arrangements. Wonderful, wonderful. 1 star each track.

1. Hot, happy, instantly catchy. Impossibly joyous.
2. As lazy as a humid day in the French Quarter. Smooth!
3. Upbeat toe-tapper w/a playful, tripping arrangement.
4. A fast jam where everyone gets a chance to shine.
5. Another toe-tapper w/fun perc/vox/strings.
6. Wacky cartoon-y romp w/a wild, upbeat sound.
7. Midtempo, bright and playful. So good.
8. Upbeat w/esp. good use of the brass.
9. Nicely brassy uptempo jam w/a catchy air.
10. An old chestnut gets a new coat of paint. Mid.
11. Upbeat, brassy, sharp and shiny.
12. Fast, fast classic. Rip-roaring brassy fun.
