Clarinet-led trio. Mostly upbeat tunes in a mainstream jazz vein, with touches of a New Orleans sound on the chipper tunes. No chord instruments for a relatively sparse and open sound. This also makes it seem like a "calm" session, even though the tempos are upbeat and the energy level gets pretty high.

- Serious modal jazz feel; nice minor-key
- Twining mystical clarinet over fast bass/drums. Slow start.
- Playful, light, pulsing
- Sly and even funky, a bit of soul jazz
- Happy trad-jazz groove w/fast walking bass and strong drums.
- Slow mystic start, into a midlevel jam
- Catchy bass riff for mid/fast clarinet dance. Slow start.
- Midtempo sauntering tune
- Carefree, swingy tune
- Dextrous fast bass, happy jig w/overblowing later
- Fairly fast
- Catchy, upbeat tune.
