Guitar picking “a-la Fahey” (on the Basho side), Glenn Jones actually recorded a CD with Fahey in the 90’s. Subdued, no exuberance here, plenty of reflection

1.simple playing (no fancy picking here) plenty of slide. Wandering in a new town
2.pick-strum, starts tense, expands, stays subdued throughout
+3.songlike,minor key, quiet, mid-fast
4.happier
5.mid-slow, active thinking
+6.layered & warm
7.rolling, minimal
8.calm morning music
