Wow! Lovely dark trip hop/hip hop. Real straight forward and flowing production. The mood is set effortlessly. Very much in the same vein as dj shadow’s endtroducing and UNKLE. Guest MC’s Buck 65 and Sage Francis are perfect fits with dj signify’s tempo. About half the tracks have an MC, which I note in the track descriptions. Beautiful stuff. Recommended.

Much like track #2, but with crackling production and distant horns.The song is about a trip gone wrong. 5) abstract, no beat, crowd samples, tweaked sounds, becomes rhythmic later. LOTS of FCC’s – light piano with nicely flowing lyrics and basic beat.((12)) turntable effects, squeaky toy, vocal samples. Sounds fade in and out from each other. No steady beat.13) MC.
