New wavey no wavey mathy angular proggy (did I leave any buzzwords out?). Really, this is a great mix of styles, and not just a formulaic attempt like many other bands. Synths, guits, drums, understated male vocs (if any). Imagine the Ex-Models, Devo, DNA, Depeche Mode, and even Rush and, yes, Yes put through a meat grinder. Whattaburger!!

1) upbeat nowave new wasve w/ slow bridge
2) sinister tone, dark, rocking mathy
3) upbeat, new wavey, fun
4) more of an epic proggy mathy feel, tinges of Yes and even Rush (!!)
5) computerized voice, more chill, electro feel
6) Yes meets Hella!!
7) lots of parts:
moody organ w/ driving mathy beat, epic full on prog jams
8) reminds me of old Residents- weird casio-like synths, slow mid beats w/ soaring melodic vocs
9) exercise in math prog- instrumental, great ending
(note, only 9 tracks on this cd despite liner info)
