From 1968 comes this collection of light, bright Paraguayan folk music. Wonderful harp playing, emotive vocals, strong guitars. Performed by Los Chiriguanos: two men (vocalist/guitarist)(harpist). Every track is worth playing.
1. Mid-tempo & happy w/wonderful strings.
2. Slow & dramatic w/an almost Asian spareness.
3. A happy, happy folk dance.
4. Mid-tempo Christmas song /dance.
5. Cool spoken word intro & vocals throughout.
6. A catchy, mid-tempo dance w/nice vocals.
7. Wonderful harp playing, with guitar keeping up nicely.
8. Up-tempo folk song of love.
9. Great harp/guitar duet. Bright & lively.
10. Sung in Guarani, a happy song of love.
