(Actual title: “That Horse Must Be Starving”?)

Glitchy, gothicky electronica/dance pop, dark and metallic, with manipulated vocals, mostly male. Kind of an 80s New Wave sound? Updated for Buffy the Vampire Slayer? (AH. Sounds JUST like the soundtrack to the new Metroid. Anyone?) No acoustic instruments; plenty of synthy strings. All minor keys and tension.

*1. *(3:47) a syncopated 6/8, manipulated vocal.
2. (4:57) mid/uptempo, glitchy; R&B-sounding vocals, tense
*3. *(4:32) a cappella start; becomes shimmery nostalgia with complex metallic perc.
4. (5:31) FCC! –fucking. Uptempo beats, faroff wavery synth; sampled arguing. Gets more poppy with entrance of vox.
5. (8:10) shimmery, glitchy, wavery dance instrumental with synthy techno melodies
*6. *(5:47) hushed; ultrasonic beeping, glassy synth piano arpeggios, manipulated vox, delicate female backup
*7. *(3:46) space lounge/bossa nova; sampled background chatter, whispered female French, echoed vox
8. (7:15) space jazzy lounge singer; synthy snaps, sparse; gets darker and messier
9. (7:21) slow; multi-voice a cappella (with synth bg); then mostly inst; (real) pianos, shiny synth, flutes, dark and wandery
*10. *(4:35) slow, halting minor-key wavery ghostly, rainy; with lonely plucks (inst.)
