One 19-minute opus of manually mixed and spliced electronics. The first seven minutes constitute one “track”, going slowly from a quiet drone to a more assertive noise, and then rapidly downturning. The second “track” – minutes 7-15, are an ominous but rather static drone. The last four minutes are rather like a muted jackhammer buzzing your cranium. Uh, good! And the title – Static for Empty Life – is evocative if not outright painfully on the money.
