FUN AND DAMAGING! What more could you ask for? This drum and Casio duo from Milwaukee, WI, deliver seventeen short songs of intense, screechy, rhythmic assaults. There must be some dizzying or hypnotic effect of such high pitched frequencies at overdriven volumes. If your ears don’t ring after listening to this, you should get your hearing checked. Injecting a grotesque pop humor into the ferocity of Lightning Bolt and Melt Banana, these doods are Load Records (RI!) new poster children – sexy, fun, nauseating, and fucking awesome. No need to choose one song over the other, just play as many as you can take in one sitting. 2, 5, 6, 9, 10, 15, 16.
1. quiet, then with midtempo rhythmic breakout.
2. fast assault, catchy buzz “bass” line.
3. cool loop of chirpy sounds, midtempo beat.
4. casio and drums going in different directions. sexy and nauseating.
5. great! cute, then deeper bassline, some distorted vocals.
6. midtempo onbeat assault with great distorted hysterical vocals.
7. uptempo with distorted satan vocals, a light beating.
8. loops of satanic voices and sounds.
9. cute, poppy, repeated, obnoxious, singsongy, casio riff.
10. slow, head banging, tempo changing awesome second half.
11. poppy melody with intense skipping CD effect and back again
12. swirls, hard hits. Really cool at the end.
13. bass, with less grating sounds, *relatively* speaking
14. cute and bouncy, with several tempo changes. very catchy.
15. really fucking great! Grating, dizzying. Hard as shit.
16. grate! With lots of stops.
17. catchy bouncy riff. Meta-(l)-pop. Really fun.
