Another weird comp from Croatia. This one has a strange mix of bands, most decidedly 80’s sounding, or 70’s garage glam. Some strange bluesy stuff too, which when sung in Croatian sounds, well, wrong. Some “experimental” guitar work at end puts an exclamation point to a very strange, interesting mix. 1) offbeat, exotic, sorta spoken word avante with mostly drums, guit, some bass 2) avante dub feel w/ Croatian spoken word 3) samba feel, loungy chill a la Os Mutantes 4) silly feel, swingy, toylike 5) driving funky progish 6) cover of Lucille, in english, strange 7) 80’s feel pop, in Croatian 8) 12 bar blues, weird 9) boogie woogie, fucked up 10) strange bouncy 11) proggy “hard rock” cool 12) garage rock feel 13) 30 sec solo guit intro, false ending, then funky prog band thing, instrumental 14) heavily chorused guit, sax and horns, Ghost in the Machine era Police, cool, in Croatian 15) cheesy Kiss riff, funky rock 16) cheesy 80’s pop 17) “watching the detective” reggae pop rock 18) cheesy 80’s rock 19) slightly surfy pop rock 20) darker rock, slight 70’s funk flare, garagy 21) driving fuzzy super cool garage rock w/ new wavy synth 22) cool solo guit, low fi hammers, mostly chill 23) very quiet lead in, another strange avante solo quiet guit, w/ soke noise here and there | ||
