“You’re Not Always On My Mind” Quivers Quivers is a four-piece band originally from Hobart, Tasmania — now based in Melbourne, Australia — that makes “cathartic guitar pop that jangles and shimmers.” The band was started by singer-songwriter, Sam Nicholson, after the death of his brother in a diving accident. This EP has two original songs (from a forthcoming album) and a cover of an R.E.M. tune (from an upcoming album of all-R.E.M. covers). Bright, captivating melodies and arrangements with a Brit-pop flavor (and R.E.M. jangle, naturally). — Francis Recommended: All. No FCCs. 1.
