Chicago based musician releasing solo ambient works since mid 2000’s on labels like Kranky and Ghostly International. Much of this brings to mind the groundbreaking works of early electronic space music (Tomita, Jarre, Tangerine Dream) but when elements of blippy and breakbeats appear its firmly progressive. Overall chill, this is good dreamy stuff. Play with the new Oval in the afile.

1) (3:45) dreamy slow intro 2) (6:47) analog blippy echoey a la early Tomita, T. Dream. 3) (3:36) slow atmospheric 4) (5:29) very chill intro slow build into breakbeaty blippy 5) (2:35) more slow dreaminess 6) (5:15) strong urgent breakbeats and blippy going on here, not peaceful like previous 7) (6:09) chill dreamy, violin tones always add a minor key sadness 8) (3:26) dreamy but some pulse tones give an edge. 9) (5:36) begins slow chill, then gets contrasting noisy messy tones layered over it.
