Chill out. Layered tapes, electronica create mostly atmospheric lush pieces that bring to mind Boards of Canada but some funkiness smacks of Pepe Deluxe. Great stuff from a solo artist from Saskatoon (dare you to find it on a map, let alone go there and catch pick’rel). 1) (5:46) cool trippy looped funk electronica downtempo, Pepe deluxe. 2) (3:27) chill out trippy atmospheric downtempo 3)** (8:25) noisier looping, pulsing, 5 min in it breaks, a quiet woman’s voice then atmospheric balm with acoustic guitar embellishments, perfection 4) (19:49) starts layered with Boards of Canada tones, evolves to looping chillness | ||
