Album Review
Reviewed 2017-08-29
Tight blend of guitar, piano, bass, and drums. The arrangements are clever and the playing is universally strong. Good solos showcase their skills while the original compositions are bright, tight, and nicely unpredictable. Plus everyone gets a chance to shine. Top notch.

*1. Upbeat and driving, a good intro to Scott’s playing.
*2. Fun and fast with great work from Scott & Wilkinson on piano
3. Driving intro that gets midetempo then driving again, fun.
4. A slow, reflective ballad, with a sense of sadness.
5. Nicely tripping strings & drums lead into a swirling tune.
*6. Mid/upbeat composition. Slightly swinging, slightly bluesy.
*7. Sweet, midtempo and lazy. A nice bit of retro fluff.
*8. Fast and driving from all. Some good solos too.
