Great sophomore release of new and mainly original Americana music from
the all-female ensemble, out of Boston.

– (3:24) Boston Town* Catchy tune about gender equality, nice.
– (2:46) Rude Awakening* Fiery, pounding shouter, mid-tempo.
– (3:37) Can’t Go Back* Passionate meditation on change.
– (3:15) For The Sake Of My Heart* Soft & tender song of longing, lovely.
– (3:21) Good Blood Decent Cajun-style love appeal, mid-tempo, nice.
– (3:39) To Ohio* Touching reading of the Low Anthem song, mid-tempo.
– (2:59) Shambles* Saucy & swinging tell-it-like-it-is tune, fine.
– (2:25) Take One Day* Old-timey sound, mid, pretty imagery.
– (4:04) Long Shadow* Slow & haunting, a jam, then slows, fine.
– (5:09) No Expectations* Slow, excellent cover of Stones’ song, awesome dobro.
– (2:35) High Away Gone* Modal fiery a capella vocal quartet, excellent.
