Stapleton has one of country music’s most authentic and soulful voices.
The ex-Steeldrivers lead vocalist kills it on this debut solo release – fantastic
songwriting and music.
1 – (3:41) Traveller Mid-tempo, kinda mainstream country sound, decent.
2 – (4:04) Fire Away* Slow, moody love song, nice.
3 – (4:53) Tennessee Whiskey* Slow song of redemption from alcohol, fine.
4 – (4:13) Parachute* Forceful country rocker, mid, so fine.
5 – (3:55) Whiskey And You* Soft song of longing, sad, just lovely.
6 – (4:02) Nobody To Blame* Smoldering breakup song, terrific mid-tempo march.
