Bollywood Lounge is an eclectic mix of songs from the Golden Age of Hindi films (Bollywood) - 1950s through early 1970s.These songs have a soft, romantic and melodic quality.The CD features singers like Talat Mahmood, Hemant Kumar & Mahendra Kapoor - all three have wonderful, mellow voices.Then there is Mohammad Rafi, Kishore Kumar, Asha Bhosle and Lata Mangeshkar.

****1. A beautiful melody by Asha Bhosle from the 1965 film Waqt. A classic.
2. Mahendra Kapoor & Asha Bhosle’s lovely duet from the 1962 Dilli Ka Dada
****3. Slow,soft, mellow duet by Hemant Kumar & Lata from the 1956 film Badshah.
***4. A slow & melodious song by Geeta Dutt. Poignant.
**** 5. OP Nayyar’s rhythmic music provides a wonderful background to this soft, dreamy song by Mohammad Rafi. A classic.
****6. A slow & fantastic melody by Mahendra Kapoor from the 1963 film Gumrah.
