Third release from Nashville-based string band, absolutely killer stuff w/ cello, banjo, violin, minimal percussion, featuring David Greenberg (father of Jordana on violin) on guitar and vocals. It’s an incredible mix of folk, country, blue / jam-grass w/ some classical elements. Solid, solid stuff. No FCC’s.
*My Favorites*: All - it’s that good.
1. (3:55) Mid. Upbeat w/ killer banjo, soaring violin.
2. (5:15) Mid. Plodding beat, banjo holds it down w/ violin leads.
3. (4:48) Mid. Tex-Mex flavor w/ backing vcls. Feel-good vibe.
4. (3:42) Mid. Ominous vibe, nice gtr and banjo. Heartbreaking violin.
5. (2:56) Mid / Fast. Upbeat jam-grass. Killer w/ great cello solo.
6. (3:28) Slow / Mid. Almost a Celtic vibe, just beautiful.
7. (5:00) Mid. Nice mix of country, bluegrass and classical w/ nice violin.
8. (4:46) Mid. Easy-going w/ beautiful violin.
9. (3:31) Mid. Cool percussion, harmonizing. About trucking. Great.
