Pretty chilled out indie rock with electronics from China. All sung in Chinese (not sure which dialect but they’re from Beijing). Some warm guitar sounds and expressive vocals and good song structure through much of the album. Usually nice stuff.
((((1)))) Pretty, short ambient intro with some vocals.
((((2)))) Twangy, mellow, breathy vocals with some occasionally electronic effects.
(((3))) Poppy, melancholic, ballad-like.
((((4)))) More of the same ballad-ish, melancholy but with trippier electronics and real basic structure.
(((5))) Uppity beat/tempo but a little too polished sounding & too much vocal warbling. Like a Chinese Radiohead?
(((6))) Good use of electronic warble, chords and beats. Vocals translate to “meh” in any language.
(((((7))))) Reallly sad, mellow & minimal ballad.
(((8))) Strummy instrumentation but mostly just “there”.
(((9))) Loud beats, some laughing, slowly played chords, some pretty good vox.
((10)) Whole lotta blandness – revved up flanger, clunky beats and not much else.
((11)) More of the same blandness as the last song same beat, even.
(((((12))))) Awesome, funky beat, proggy keyboards almost like uh…Chinese “kraut rock”?
((((13)))) Really down-tempoed indie, spacious guitar chords, bass and a bit of ticking cymbals. WARNING it fades out at -3:36 but comes back at -1:25.
