Album Review
Your Imaginary Friend

Fans of Electric Lady Land and obscure Trower jams as well as Acid Mothers Temple, Bevis Frond alike will find these groovy trippy long form guitar bass (huge bass) drum instrumental jams just the ticket to staring at their lava lamps under black light. A subtle noise permeates all these, like the drummer swallowed an analog synth and it keeps poking out his nose. Makes this stuff cool. Tasty phase shifter/wah wah on guitar sets tone for album, with big often fuzzed bass. Like what Sabbath would noodle around with if even they took too much ‘cid.

1)* (10:09) mid slow mindful jam, wah phased guitar, big full bass, goes double time in places and back 2) (5:53) cool subliminal sounds permeating come through in another mindful jam. 3) (3:46) triplet jam brings out the Mitch Mitchell. 4) (2:40) more urgent feel to this almost rockin 5)* (10:52) cool bass on this mindful mid long jam 6)* (3:21) slow doomy swingy with big fuzz bass a la Geezah, Black Sabbath 7) (3:56) hippie jammy bluesy guitar hook centered 8) (3:41) slower more mindful mellow, coming down, I can taste the orange slices
