Cinematic electro acoustic experimental. (Very) abstract operatic male vocs. Wiki: "The opera PORT BOU by Elliott Sharp presents the last moments in the life of philosopher Walter Benjamin at Port-Bou in 1940 as he was fleeing Nazi-occupied France. The work features the astounding Nicholas Isherwood, bass/baritone, the virtuoso Jenny Lin, piano, and William Schimmel, accordion, as well as Sharp’s recorded electroacoustic sound files and the video sets and settings of Janene Higgins." Excellent live performance captured well.

1)* (6:16) dark experimental gives way to dissonant accordion and piano 2)* (8:28) operatic male vocs become center, slow phrased barely passes for English 3) (2:41) swirling noise, samples, vocs, trippy, a "scheise" at the end 4) (4:23) pensive Morse code-like piano theme returns with vocals, grows "insane" at end 5)* (3:10) lovely atmospheric drone with vocs 6) (5:52) piano+accordion+vocs, minimal 7) (10:31) random'y, vocal heavy 8) (7:30) chill spooky minor chords bow exchanges and sparse piano with guttural gregorian vocalizations, atmospheric sounds appear, applause appears with 1:20 left
