Sounds out of upstate New York don’t get much better than this. An evocative drone delight. A luxurious release from the end of last year.

Like: Gregg Skloff, Mike Shiflet, Mytrip
Loving them all.
No FCC’s (Instrumentals)
1) Border Crossing (10.25) The splendid cascading opening leads the way for waves upon waves of droney filled pleasure. Bells & other sounds add to the occasion as the tempo rises halfway through. The penultimate two minutes are more of a guitar-based fuzziness leading into a slow paced remorse.
2) Sleeptalker (6.45) Repetitive strumming over whispered strings. Changes up towards to the end, to a noise-scape of colour.
3) Mirage (7.54) Begins like John Cooper Mellencamp in his hey day. Then the boot stomping leaves us for a more melancholy isolated feel. Effected spoken word / field recordings to conclude could have been a track in its own right.
4) Throw Me In the Susquehanna (6.29). A brooding landscape of a masterpiece.
