(CLEAN) 03. Blu - Lemonade - Jakarta Records: If you are at all familiar with Blu you should know he like the laid back jazzy samples and 50’s doo wop samples. On this track you get neither. The track is uptempo and rides over some nice chopped breakbeat drums with a MPC style one note sample stab that is flipped to create a melody that fills the track. The chorus is giving a little love to the late ‘Guru’ of “Gangstarr’ cutting up the classic line from ‘Dwyck’ “Lemonade was a popular drink and it still is…” Pure energy. – M-SMOOTH
